“A Thought a Day from Father Nerinckx”, a spiral bound paperback 6” x 8 ½”, pale green cover. Compiled c. 1933, and read at breakfast in the sisters’ refectories until the 1960s. A sketch of Father Nerinckx is found at the beginning of the book. For example, the entry for March 12: “I speak to the heart of every one of you, and I wish sincerely for each one of you to be entirely true Friends of Mary; and to accomplish this, you have but to keep your vows and be faithful to your promises.” Journal, p. 15.
