Description
Metal identification tag or holder on small leather strap with buckle. One side is decorated with the image of the 1892 Columbian Exposition Administration Building; the other has the image of a globe and the text "Owners Name Inside / Pat'd Feb. 14. 93 / Souvenir Columbian Exposition Chicago, ILL. USA / 1492 / 1892." Paper inside with pencil inscription, "[R]ev. W.J. Howlett, Loretto, Kentucky / Nerinx P.O. 1915." Ink inscription on other side with Howlett's address in Pueblo, CO, marked out.
