Quatrefoil-shaped medal depicting Our Lady of Loreto on the front, with text "Traslasione della Santa Casa Loreto" on reverse with an image of the Virgin and Child sitting on a house surrounded by cherubs. Sr. William Joseph Garcia, SL (1892-1991), was given the medal by Father W.J. Howlett when she received the habit on April 25, 1915.
