Description
Fabric banner, red background with appliqué multicolored flowers and three black guns with words "nej til krig" ("no to war"). Four red ribbons attached to edges so that this banner could be connected to others to form larger protest Ribbon. "DK" Danish flag sticker on back above written text "Kvinder for Fred // Kahvn[?] / Frb. // DK" ("Women for Peace"). This piece was a gift from Denmark to Justine Merritt, founder of The Ribbon International. Justine gave it to Loretto in 1995.
