Description

Framed wood carving by Brother Charles Gilbert, reliquary decorated with gold-painted vines and grapes, with seven holders for relics. Brought from Cedar Grove (Louisville, KY) in 1925. The relics are 1) "S. Pulcheria virg. imper." (St. Pulcheria); 2) "S. Andre op," "S. charle Borome" (St. Charles Borromeo), "ex velte B.M.V.," "expallio S. joseph [unreadable] B.M.V.," "S. Placidi m."; 3) molar from Fr. Nerinckx; 4) "[unreadable] Hieronymo" (St. Francis de Geronimo); 5) "S. Caroli Borrom." (St. Charles Borromeo); 6) "S. Lucidi M."; 7) "S[?] Petri Episcopi."
